Adding custom text to your email confirmation for Ticket Buyers

Do you have extra information you would like to send out to your ticket buyers (A secret venue location, some additional venue rules or just additional information?)

You can add this information to the order confirmation email sent out to the ticket buyers after purchase. 

1. Go to My Events & click "Manage" on the event you'd like to enable this feature for
2. Scroll to "Customisations & Design" on the left-side menu
3. Click "Tickets & Orders"
4. Add your additional information in the "Custom text order confirmation email" field. 

Once you've saved this it will appear on the ticket buyer's confirmation email which has their receipt and ticket attached.

Please note: Manually generated tickets will not include custom order confirmation information
