There are a couple of ways this can be done:
1. You can access (and print off) the automatically generated guest lists, and use these to manually check names/email address/order IDs/ticket IDs - whichever you prefer - on the door.
To access the guest lists, you need to log into your Billetto account and find your event in "Calendar" at the top-left panel. From here, click 'Manage' next to the relevant event where you will be taken to the Overview page. In the list of options on the left, select 'Guest lists", where you will be offered a variety of formats.
2. You can scan tickets on the door, using our Billetto app (free to use), currently available for IOS systems (I-phones and I-pads for example). Simply download the Billetto app and you'll be ready to go.
If you would like others to be able to scan on your behalf, then you will need to give them your Billetto generated Organiser Key. This will allow them to use the app, under their own log-in details, but sync with your event (without gaining access to sensitive information).
To generate the Organiser Key, log into your Billetto account and find your event in "Calendar" at the top-left panel. Click on 'Event Manager' and you will be able to see a blue button, 'Generate'. Click on this and your unique Organiser Key will appear above this. If you subsequently click 'Regenerate' a new key will be created, and the old one will no longer be valid.
