I bought the wrong ticket, what should I do?

It is unfortunately not possible to simply exchange tickets. Within 24 hours of making your purchase, you can, however, purchase the correct ticket and then contact the organiser to claim the refund for the wrong ticket. A link to contacting the event organiser can be found just beneath the main picture on the event page itself. The organiser's email address can also be found in the confirmation email. Remember to include the 7 digit Order IDs for all of your purchases (these can be found on your tickets and in the confirmation mails), as these will help us to more quickly process your refund.

If more than 24 hours have elapsed since the time of purchase, the approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion. You should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.

Please note: refunds for requests made outside of the 24 hour cooling-off period do not include booking fees. Any online card transaction fees will not be refunded. Your refund may take up to 5 working days to appear in your bank account. This information is only applicable for events held within the UK, for events held in other countries the 24 hour cooling-off period may not apply.
