Is it possible to have multiple roles connected to one account?

Yes, it is possible to add different roles to a joint Billetto organiser account. Here's how:


1. Click on your Account Overview - the icon left of your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen

2. Click on "Role Management" in the left sidebar

3. Fill in the name and email address and the role type of the person you would like to add. Here you can find an overview of the permissions each of the roles has. (Note: currently it is not possible to add already existing Billetto users as new roles)

4. Click "Add"


The added person will then receive an email to set up an individual password.
