How can I change my account email address?

On Billetto there are two email addresses associated to your account, the Login account email and your public email address.  To change your login email: 

  1. Navigate to "Your name" in the top right then click on "Profile Overview" 
  2. On the left hand side is "Profile"  then Click on "Security & log-in"
  3. Here, you can edit the personal email address that you use to log in to Billetto. 
  4. You will be prompted to confirm your intent with a password.  


After that, you should click on Edit Public profile, where you can also update your email address. This is your forward facing e-mail address. Click Update profile to save the change.


Note: If an account already exists with the email address you are attempting to change to, an error message will be generated and your attempted change will be unsuccessful.
