I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund, what should I do?

If you have purchased your ticket within 24 hours then you’re perfectly entitled to a refund. Please contact us by clicking 'Contact' in the top right hand corner of the screen to claim your refund, remember to include the Order ID (this can be found in the top right hand corner of your ticket) as this will help us to more quickly process your refund.


If you have purchased Booking Protection for your tickets, then you may be able to claim a refund via the following link: http://www.bookingprotect.com/refund/. The 7 digit Order ID (as can be found on your ticket and in your confirmation email) is also your Booking Reference Number in this case.


If more than 24 hours have elapsed since the time of purchase, then the approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion. You should get in contact with the event organiser, to discuss what options are available to you. The organiser's email address can be found in the confirmation email.


Please note: refunds for requests made outside of the 24 hour cooling off period do not include booking fees. Any online card transaction fees will not be refunded. Your refund may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account. This information is only applicable for events held within the UK, for events held in other countries the 24 hour cooling-off period may not apply.
