How can I connect a thermo printer to my Box Office?

Connect receipt printer to iPad

• Connect the printer to a power;
• Turn on the printer on the right side;
• At the back of the printer, hold in the red button until you see the green light blink once;
• Let go of the red button and make sure the green light is still blinking;
• Go to Settings on your iPad;
• Go to Bluetooth;
• Connect to the printer.

Enable receipt printer

• Open Billetto Event Manager app on iPad;
• Click on Enter organiser key;
• Write organiser key and terminal name;
• Click Login;
• Choose event;
• Choose Settings;
• Enable printer for the till by sliding to green.

Enable custom text on a ticket (from receipt printer)

• Open Billetto Event Manager app on iPad;
• Click on Enter organiser key;
• Write organiser key and terminal name;
• Click Login;
• Choose event;
• Choose Settings;
• Enter text in the Receipt header text box if needed on the ticket.

NOTE: we currently only support the Thermo printer TSP654IIBI Bluetooth.
