If one (or several) of your guests hasn't received a ticket or has used a wrong email address when ordering a ticket to your event, you have an option to re-send the ticket or to forward it to the new email. To do so:
- Click on My events at the top of your Billetto view
- Pick the event you want to resend the ticket for and click Manage
- Click on Manage orders (left-side panel) under Sales
- Find the order in question and click on it
- You will now have an option to Download PDF, Resend PDF and Forward PDF
You can Download PDF if you need a copy of the guest's ticket.
Resend PDF if your guest has entered the correct email address but has not received the ticket.
Forward PDF if your guest entered a wrong email address. This option will open your email client. If you don't have an email client on your computer, you can also Download PDF instead and send it as an attachment from your own email.
